Rogers has deployed 21Mbps HSPA+ network in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal which happen to be the top five largest Canadian cities. The network is already in place but unfortunately, for everyone living in any of these five markets, there are no handsets capable to handle that speed.
