RIM is going to do everything in their power to make its customers happy. At the request of Japanese carrier NTT DoCoMo, RIM has decided to add a fourth band of 3G to the Bold. That means the Japanese customers will be able to enjoy a quad-band 3G Bold. The device has gone on sale this weekend and it will offer 2100, 1900, 850 and 800 MHz bands for UMTS/HSDPA connectivity. Are we to understand that RIM is willing to add that fourth 3G band to any market? Is anyone else feeling left out?
