Revolutionary Mobile Search hits Japan

Visual Search engines are becoming hugely popular in Japan and now company Evolution Robotics in companionship with Bandai Networks have announced that they will bring forth Evolution Robotics ViPR Visual Search recognition system in most upcoming new camera phones made in Japan. The KDDI corp. will add the ER Search, a visual search engine in the Spring 2008 line of Camera Phones. "ER Search is an entirely new way for connecting consumers with content and companies," said Satoshi Oshita, CEO of Bandai Networks. See the video above for more info.
