Yamaha is introducing a new portable speaker system called the Yamaha NX-A01. The NX-A01 is a cube shaped speaker with 2 - 3 cm titanium diaphragm speakers inside. The speakers have a range of 90Hz to 20kHz and can operate by themselves or in conjunction with the Yamaha TRX-R01BT.

The TRX-R01BT is a Bluetooth adapter which can be paired with Bluetooth enabled devices such as MP3 players or cell phones. Once paired to the TRX-R01BT, audio can then be sent to the NX-A01 speaker system. If you can live with wires, you can also directly connect your audio source to the speakers using regular cables.

Both the Yamaha TRX-R01BT and the NX-A01 will be coming out in Japan starting in the middle of February. The speakers come in a white color while the Bluetooth unit comes in black. Not sure ifit is coming to USA. Via Akihabara News.
