Business people are constantly on the go with their laptops, cell phones, and (should time permit) iPods. In this fast-paced, competitive age, it is very easy to simply forget to charge a mobile device, and then have it fail at a needed moment.

Xantrex has a solution for this problem with their creation of the XPower PowerSource Mobile 100. About the size of a computer laptop battery, it is a stand-alone power solution to mobile devices. The device has an AC outlet as well as two USB ports, and it is specifically designed to balance the load so that the appropriate voltage is sent in the correct places. If the PowerSource Mobile 100 is fully charged, it can keep a laptop running for 2 hours, and can sustain the life of a cell phone or Blackberry for days on end.

The XPower PowerSource Mobile comes with a DC cable and airplane connector. The device retails for about $129 USD and comes with a one-year warranty.
