Xantrex XPower Pocket Powerpack 100
Have you ever been on the road only to realize you forgot your charger or your battery park? That happened recently to one of my coworkers while we were travelling and let me tell you it's a real pain! Xantrex Technology has come out with a product that hopes to alleviate some of your travel pains when it comes to the myriad of chargers we carry today. They are introducing the XPower Pocket Powerpack 100 - a lightweight battery and inverter combination that can operate or recharge a wide variety of mobile devices.
The unit weighs less than 2.4 lbs and can easily fit into your travel bag. It has enough charge to power your iPod 20 times or your Blackberry up to 30 times. If you run out of power - don't worry about it - just plug the Powerpack 100 right into an outlet and charge your device as well as the Powerpack.
Being a combination charger/battery pack is a great travel aid to those who carry 4-5 different devices while they're on the road. I know that I carry a laptop, phone, PDA, iPod, and camera when I usually am out on the road. If I could have one charger to bring with me for all those devices, then I'd be in gadget heaven.
