The past week TrekStor officially released their newest MP3 player called TrekStor Vibez (yes, vibes with a “z”), it was presented earlier this year during the IFA event. The rounded corners design and the black color are sure to make it an appealing product for most audio device owners, excluding the ones that are part of the iPod cult.

At this time there are 2 models available - 8GB and 12GB – that are suppose to store more than 3,000 songs, but in case your songs have 10 minutes of length it is obvious that the number of songs available on the player will decrease. There will be a new version with more storage capacity – 15GB – that will be released during the first semester of 2007.

The Vibez doesn't come with a FM tuner like all normal MP3 players should, but in case you want to add that option you can upgrade and buy the FM tuner card. Other more technical features include a battery that can last 20 hours, a good support for audio files (mp3, wma, wav, ogg, flac, wma-drm) and a colorful TFT display.

TrekStor Vibzes prices go from €200 for the smaller 8GB model, to €219 for the biggest 12GB model.
