Toshiba and Vodafone unveiled the new Toshiba V502T with a special funcitonality: Limit Mode. In this mode, the number of available funcitons on the phone can be limited to only three - the phone (obvious), camera (expected) and e-mail access.

Although the phone itself has some good specs, including MP3/AAC player, with support for miniSD cards, the idea of limiting the functionality seems to be driven by the fact that many people may not be comfortable with too much of additional goodies, especially the elderly who may want to use just a phone. It's also great for kids when you want to limit internet usage on the phone.
