Toshiba Satellite M55-S329 Laptop
Toshiba have launched the new Satellite M55-S329, a premium model in their M55 series featuring Intel Centrino Mobile Processor 750 (1.86 GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 2MB L2). The laptop also comes with such goodies as a 100 GB ATA-6 hard drive, support for 802.11 b/g and weighs in at 4.99 lbs.
Display is on a 14" WXGA with TruBrite technology. The S329 also comes with a DVD SuperMulti double-layer drive that can read 11 formats, including DVD+R and DVD-R double layer formats. Adequate RAM at 512 MB would be appreciated by the OS, which happens to be Microsoft Windows XP.
SRS TruSurround XT support is included for your listening pleasure. At 1.17" it is not very thick as well.
The Satellite M55-S329 is priced at around $1,499 and you can order it from Toshiba Direct.
