m115.jpgToshiba announced a bunch of new Satellite M115 laptops with different configurations that will try to please everyone, their intention is to offer customers some affordable yet good (depending on the point of view) notebooks. On this new line, all the Satellite M115 will have a 14.1-inch WXGA screen with an extra – TruBrite technology – that is suppose to display better images in games, movies, and other applications; the other similar feature in all of them is the 5400 rpm SATA hard-drives that have 80GB of capacity.

The less expensive model is the M115-S1061 that will cost approximately $700 and besides the previous features it comes with a Intel Celeron Processor 420 that boasts 1.60Ghz, the graphic card is controlled by ATI Radeon Xpress 200M (with 64MB memory) and in the RAM memory department it has 512MB.

Other models can have the RAM memory expanded to a maximum of 2GB, or include a better graphic card such as the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 that can have 224 of shared memory, and other goodies like a DVD recorder and much more.
