Toshiba Qosmio G30 NotebookMore notebooks from Japan. Another biggie, Toshiba, announced the new Qosmio G30/695LS notebook with a 17" LCD offering WXGA+ (1440x900 pixel) resolution and digital TV tuner built-in. This means you can watch television when on the move - on your laptop. TV on mobile phones may be a thing of the future, but that does not stop Toshiba from putting TV on a laptop. Just in time for the World Cup, eh?

You can also record content directly to your laptop's hard drive. With a 1-bit digital amplifier and large aperture harman/kardon stereo speakers, the Qosmio G30 offers bass and treble to put other laptop speakers to shame.

Boasting an Intel Core Duo processor and NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 (with 128MB memory on-board) for graphics, the Qosmio AV Center is your one-stop shop for digital entertainment. The included remote enhances your viewing pleasure.

Other standard fitments include 802.11 a/b/g, Gigabit Ethernet and a generous 200GB hard drive. No pricing info available yet. Get to Toshiba for details.
