Toshiba M115-S3144 Satellite Notebook
Toshiba announced a new addition to its Satellite family of laptops. The Toshiba Satellite M115-S3144 laptop features a 14.1" widescreen display and is powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor. Available in a shiny new Onyx Blue Metallic color, the M115-S3144 is geared for entertainment.
Bundled with 2GB of DDR2 dual-channel main memory and a big 120GB serial-ATA hard drive, the laptop features a DVD SuperMulti double layer drive that handles 11 formats. A fingerprint reader is included for added security. The display uses TruBrite technology for enhanced viewing, while harmon/kardon speakers on the laptop complete the multimedia experience.
The laptop comes with an Express Media Player - a feature that lets you play audio CDs or DVDs without having to boot up the operating system. Four USB ports are available for expansion. The M115-S3144 is Windows Vista Premium ready.
Measuring 13.5" x 9.53" x 1.17", the Toshiba Satellite M115-S3144 laptop weighs 5.24 pounds and carries a base price tag of US $1,249. Check out specs in the extended entry.
