TomTom to launch FM Transmitter Mount
The good folks of TomTom are launching a new FM Transmitter Mount which is a windscreen dock and would help the drivers to indulge in activities like; handsfree calling, listening to music via TomTom devices and wirelessly accessing navigation instructions.
The FM Transmitter Mount is compatible with the TomTom GO range and one just need to dock the TomTom GO on the new FM Transmitter Mount, tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency and select the same frequency on the TomTom GO.
The FM Transmitter Mount is ideal for he TomTom GO 910, which has 12 GB of free memory space and one can also listen to their iPod tunes over the car stereo. The FM Transmitter Mount is also compatible with TomTom GO 710 and one need to use TomTom HOME software version 6.522 or above . The FM Transmitter mount will be available for € 49 around February.
