Timbuk2 has introduced a new bag called the Outtawhack Day Pack which combines the best features of a messenger bag, briefcase, and day pack all into one design.

The Outtawhack Day Pack features a 3 panel design and uses a rugged ballistic nylon exterior. There are two main compartments - one for computers and one for books. A third compartment can be found underneath the exterior flap and that's designed for pens, accessories, cell phones, and iPods.

One of the more unique design features of the Outtawhack Day Pack is the padded backpack straps. They can be hidden away when not in use which means you won't have to deal with dangling straps. You can store laptops up to 15.5" x 10.25" x 1" or 13.7" x 9.5" x 2" inside the Day Pack.
