The Switch_Back handset by Kyocera has features which will appeal to today’s’ tech savvy youth like dedicated text messaging keys, a camera, AOL Instant Messenger, Email Applications and Web Browsing. With the growing number of American teens with personal mobile phones this move by Virgin and Kyocera makes sense, as the teen market is virtually a gold mine waiting to be explored.

The clamshell designed Switch_Back has a very edgy and hip design which will no doubt appeal to the adolescence. It weighs about 4 ounces and features two vibrant display ,one on the front the phone and the other widescreen display appears by rotating and flipping the mobile sideways .It includes a QWERTY keypad for emailing ,texting, IMing, gaming or browsing online.

The phone features an external 65k color 128 X 128 display and internal 65k color 128 X 160 widescreen. A VGA Camera with 32mb memory and five-step digital zoom is also found on the phone. Teens can also enjoy the full support Super phonic "real-music" ringtones. The Switch_Back by Kyocera Wireless will be available in April 2006 for a price of $149.99.
