The Kodak EasyShare Z612 has an image sensor of 6.1 MP which promises optimum resolution and image quality for prints even upto 30 in. × 40 in. According to Kodak even after cropping the Z612 maintains the image quality and sharpness making it a true performer. A set of 5 resolution settings have been included which can be set according to ones individual needs. The 2.5 inch color display lets one view pictures even outdoors and has a high resolution electronic viewfinder (EVF) too for optimum viewing. The Auto rotation feature lets one view pictures both horizontally and vertically making it incredibly user friendly.

If all these features weren’t enough Kodak has also included its famous Review Mode which not only lets you magnify the image upto 8 times but also lets you view the images via a convenient slide show. Videos can be recorded at 30 fps with sound and there is also a MPEG-4 compression feature. A series of programmed modes like auto, portrait are also available and 5 color modes like High and Low Color, Sepia ,BnW and Natural Color is also seen in the Z612.Cropping, Histogram are some other great features seen in the Kodak Z612.Priced at around $399 the Kodak EasyShare Z612 will be available in April.
