Tekkeon announces ezTalker digital Advanced Bluetooth Headset
Tekkeon has introduced their newest Bluetooth headset - the ezTalker digital. It has an optimized OLED screen measuring 64 x 68 pixels large and can show caller ID information and stored numbers in a call list. The ezTalker uses an over the ear design which provides easy access to controls located on the headset.
The ezTalker Digital Bluetooth Headset has a bright OLED display which useful for displaying important information. You can now look at the display and decide whether you want to pick up an incoming call or not. You can also make calls from a stored number list, perform last number redial, and voice dial using the headset.
The ezTalker includes a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery which provides up to five hours of talk time and 120 hours of standby time. The retail price for the ezTalker digital is $119.95 and will be available at various online shops. Check out the product page for additional information.
(When used with mobile phones that support an HV3 connection, ezTalker digital provides up to eight hours of talk time.) The battery is conveniently housed in the headset earhook so that it can be replaced with a spare to provide even more hours of talk time. And the power adapter plugs directly into the headset earhook, eliminating the need to carry a cradle.
ezTalker digital's over-the-ear design puts the headset controls at the user's fingertips. Making and receiving calls is simple with one-touch access to pairing, answer, end, reject, and transfer call, power on/off, volume control, mute, call waiting, last number redial, and voice-activated dialing. Both visual and audible indicators identify the headset mode, and provide a low battery indication.
The headset speaker sits comfortably in the ear to precisely direct sound and the microphone is positioned to direct speech, while significantly minimizing background noise.
Designed with Bluetooth v1.2 technology, ezTalker digital is backward compatible with Bluetooth v1.1 devices, and works with any device that supports Bluetooth headset and/or handsfree profiles. The headset includes a chip antenna that provides superior reception between the headset and mobile phone within the Bluetooth standard 30 foot range. That means the phone can be placed in a briefcase, pocket, or another room -- virtually anywhere within that range.
Weighing in at under an ounce and measuring just over two inches in length, ezTalker digital is unobtrusive and comfortable to wear for extended periods. The versatile earhook can be adjusted to be worn on either ear.
