TEAC has released a new shiny and good looking CD/stereo tuner system, the CD-X9 is just one more product in their big NXT flat panel satellite speaker line, it is more precisely the seventh device on this category since 3 years ago when they first started releasing this model. Their intention with the classy speakers is to make a combo of style + good quality sound, which is something not normal these days.

The CD-X9 comes in matt silver and has a 3.5-inch unit with a vertical CD drive system that supports MP3 CDs, CD-R and CD-RW. On top of that it also features a LCD screen to display information about the AM or FM radio stations (can hold 20 preset-stations) and a digital clock with alarm features. Besides the two Surface Sound-based speakers there is also space for a sub woofer. A a remote control with plenty of functions is included so you can just relax and work with your fingers.
