Xplod_Amplifier.jpgSony did a lot of work to overhaul its car amplifier line this year improving in both performance and aesthetics. All of the three new Xplod amplifiers the XM-125GTR, XM-2002GTR, and XM-D9001GTR all feature inverted heat skins and hidden terminal connections. They are also uber cool looking with blue LED backlighting shining through its translucent window.

All of these new aplifiers are CEA 2006 compliant, and will integrate easily with factory equipment. None of these models require a remote turn-on lead thanks to high-level input signal sensing.

They will range in price for about $150 to $300 and will ship as early as later this month. Sony also announced that they will continue to ship their Xplod Specialty Series launched last year.
