Sony Ericsson is turning out to be a behemoth. Sony Ericsson, today announced yet another mobile phone today, this time though its not a walkman phone rather a PDA phone in Sony Ericsson M608c. This all new slim, compact and stylish messaging phone is all set to hit the chinese market during third quarter of 2006.

The new GPRS( 00/1800/1900MHz) phone for Mainland China is based on the new symbian OS 9.1 and UIQ 3.0, adding to the list of symbian based phones from Sony Ericsson. At just 15mm thick,it easily fits in your pocket and it is the slimmest in its class and offers users great customisation opportunities as well as the ability to buy personal productivity and other applications from the Sony Ericsson Application shop. This phone is basically targeted at China as it is the single largest market for Sony Ericsson.

Featuring a 3-way Jog Dial and a 2.6” QVGA screen, capable of handling 262K colours, reading emails and viewing high quality video and graphics content has never been easier. Also having an on board memory of 80MB helps for storing email attachments and multimedia content. The phone also comes with an additional 64MB Memory Stick Micro™ (M2™), which is a new ultra-small recording media designed for highly compact mobile devices, is provided in the box.
