Sony Ericsson FM Music Transmitter MMR-60 for Walkman phonesSony Ericsson announced the new Walkman-branded FM Music Transmitter, the MMR-60, allowing you to transmit music from your phone over FM frequencies. You can now tune in to your Walkman from your car's radio receiver. The music can be shared if your neighbor is in a sufficiently close range (10 meters).

An FM transmitter is a nice companion for your personal music player when you are outside, so you don't have to depend on the headphones to listen to music; any FM radio receiver will do.

Slated for a December 2005 release targeting limited markets, more info about the Sony Ericsson FM Music Transmitter MMR-60 is available from Sony Ericsson's website.
