    Sony DCR-DVD405 Camcorder

    Sony's DCR-DVD 405 is one among the Sony's new DVD camcorder models, all set for February 2006 release. The Sony DCR-DVD 405 is the next model of the DCR-DVD 305. What separates the two of them is that the 405 is equipped with a 3 mega-pixel Advanced HAD CCD and Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar T lens. And also the 405 has got a much more sleek look to it when compared to 305. With a built-in flash,it captures digital still image in 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios.

    Some of the other features of Sony DCR-DVD 405 include:

  • Built-in Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound
  • Supports an optional Bluetooth microphone for enhanced center channel sound
  • Three-megapixel Advanced HAD CCD
  • Three-megapixel digital stills
  • Built-in flash
  • Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T lens.
