Sonare Babble sound management system
Are you looking for some privacy while you're on the phone? If you don't want your fellow coworkers or family members eavesdropping on your conversations and you don't want to set up walls, check out Sonare Technologies' Babble which they call a Sound Management system. The Babble provides voice privacy without walls.
Babble works by masking your voice with randomized versions of your voice which then sounds like the hum of a background crowd of people. When you're sitting in an office environment, it's often easy to hear a single person's conversation. However, if you have a crowd of noise, it's easier for people to tune that noise out of their head. That's crowd of noise is what Babble exploits. If the hum of a crowd is coming from your cubicle, people are going to tune you out and hence you've got yourself some privacy.
The Babble can be turned on at the touch of a button and the entire unit will go on sale for $395 per unit. It is currently available within the US only but should be available outside of the US in the middle of 2006. Check out the Product Page for additional information. Via Krunker.com.
