Even though there isn’t anything new about the features of the Solvo S830, it still is an impressive device. Not everything comes with a 7-inch touch-screen with 480 x 324 resolution, as well as Windows CE OS.

Its Holy Trinity of features is the ability to support Digital-Media Broadcasting (DMB), Global Positioning System (GPS) and the other million dollar acronym, PMP. Impressed yet? Well, you should also know it packs 128MB of SDRAM, along with 64MB of NAND, as well as a 1GB SD card. The device is powered by the SiRF Star III chip, and it has a T-DMB tuner, TV-out, and T-DMB tuner.

Unfortunately, there is no word on pricing or availability.
