SkyZone Entertainment announced that it has obtained rights to Ragnarok, the hugely popular MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game) and will bring it to North American mobile phone users.

Ragnarok, where players take on the roles of knights, hunters and other character classes and build their wealth and skills online, has been popular across a lot of countries including USA, Japan and South Korea where the game originates from. With SkyZone's mobile version, players can continue to build on their skills when away from their desktops.

Expect the games to hit carriers across USA and Canada in early 2006. Two versions will be offered initially, based on the Magician and Merchant characters.
