The new Sigma APO 50-150mm F2.8 EX DC HSM Lens sports an APS-C size image sensor and is made up of Four SLD(Special Low Dispersion)glass elements which correct chromatic aberrations. The lens has a focal length of 50-150mm and a maximum aperture of F22. The onboard HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) system promises noise free and quick auto focusing with full time manual focus override. Minimum Focusing Distance is 100cm (39.4”) and a max magnification 1:5.3. The lens has a diameter of 76.3mm and weighs 770g.No word on availability or pricing.
