Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC Lens for DSLRs Announced
Sigma Corporation unveiled their latest 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC lens for digital SLRs from Konica Minolta and Pentax. With this, photographers can look forward to the super wide-angle made possible; the lens is also highly effective for indoor shooting and landscape photography with the camera's APS-C sized image sensors.
Wide-angle views ranging from 109.4° to 70.5° is possible and the lens has a wide-angle perspective throughout the zoom range, which is great.
The lens comes with multi-layer coating, providing for ideal color balance and reduced flare/ghost images. An internal focusing mechanism is used for high speed auto-focus response. The lens also incorporates three SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements for color aberration compensation.
