Coming in from CEATEC 2006, check out Sharp's new mobile PC, confusingly called the WS003SH. Running Windows CE 5.0, the device features a big 3.7" LCD touch-screen that displays in VGA resolution. A full-fledged QWERTY keyboard slides out from beind the screen.
The WS003SH (whoosh?) runs on an XScale 416MHz processor and is bundled with 128MB flash memory and 64 megs of RAM. To expand on the available memory, the mobile PC has a miniSD memory card slot. A 1.33 megapixel camera has been thrown in, along with a PHS W-SIM card slot.
Other features on the Sharp WS003SH include support for wireless networking with 802.11b, and a mini USB interface. It's not clear if the device features Bluetooth.
No word on pricing or availability yet, though.
