sennheiserearbuds.jpgI've always been a huge fan of Sennheiser headphones and I was all thrilled to say the least when Sennheiser made the announcement of their new Style Line of ultra-lightweight earphones. The pack includes three models, MX 90, OMX 90 and LX 90 earphones. Initially Sennheiser will be adding these three models to the Style line. Well, Sennheiser is like Mercedes in headphones, so you can be rest assured of the quality of the sound and the construction of the earphones as well. Incorporating a specially tuned damping system, yield smooth, detailed response while delivering all the clarity and impact that is expected of any Sennheiser headphones. Each model is distinctly different in design and offers ideal sound delivery for music listeners using iPods, other personal MP3 players, portable CD players, and the full range of mobile music electronics. Lets take a close look at the models.

MX 90 Style:
Leading the pack of three, the MX-90 has a unique design making use of an altogether new “Twist-to-Fit” system that allows users to adjust the shape so it easily, securely and comfortably fits inside the ear. The innovative layout maintains proper positioning for full fidelity and unattenuated bass response while biking, hiking, or even jogging or just battling the crowds on the subway platform. With a price tag of $69.95, it surely is not for everyone, but as they say quality never comes cheap! isn't it?

The OMX 90 style:
Next down the line, is the OMX 90, a "clip-on” design earphones and also the most expensive of the lot. It comes with soft, individually adjustable behind-the-ear clips hold the drivers securely in position over the ear canal, while an in-line volume control provides always-available adjustment. It includes two adapters as well ensuring long-term wearing comfort and stability. It comes with a carry-case and is available at a suggested price of $89.95.

LX 90 Style:
Completing the Sennheiser Style Line is the LX 90 Style, an innovative headphone that combines a unique, self-coiling ultra-lightweight neckband with the Style line’s superior transducer and materials. It comes with a self-configuring headband that makes for easy adjustment around your head. So you don't have to worry if you have a slightly big head, the LX90 fits in right away. Priced at $79.95, it gets a carry case as well.
