scp_8400_fan.jpgThe Sanyo SCP-8400 mobile phone will very soon be available on the US network Sprint. This one too is a part of the SANYO's "go-to" camera phone line up and has all the features which any self-respecting phone of 2006 would include like Bluetooth, a 1.3-megapixel camera, high-resolution QVGA internal screen, music player, memory card slot and access to Sprint Power Vision(SM) Network.

The new Sanyo SCP-8400 is targeted at the young and the hip and is available in colors like Electric Blue, Powder White and Midnight Black. Since downloading multimedia content is a must on the Gen X agenda (god I sound like a granny) Sanyo has incorporated the Sprint Power Vision capabilities. Via this feature one is able to download and stream music and video, watch live TV, indulge in full-length music downloads, and seek On Demand information for news, sports, weather etc.

The latest addition in the Sanyo 8000 series also includes a 2 inch internal screen with QVGA resolution (240 x 320 pixels). Memory cards of up to 1GB are supported and the phone also includes a MP3/AAC music player with a mass storage mode for easy transfers to the PC or vice versa. For the fashion conscious user, the Sanyo FaceMask is a great accessory which lets you change the look of your phone whenever one gets bored. he SCP-8400 by SANYO will be available on October and would retail for $279.99 suggested retail price or $99.99 after mail-in rebates.
