Samsung YP-U1X MP3 PlayerSamsung unveiled the YP-U1 MP3 Flash player in the US, after making its debut in Korea. The YP-U1 comes with a 4-line LCD display (it leaves a lot to be desired, IMHO) and a hinged USB plug.

One of the best features of the YP-U1 is its support for a multitude of audio file formats - MP3, WMA, WAV and, get this, OGG! On a full charge, it's slated to deliver 13 hours of music for the audiophile. With a USB 2.0 interface, files can be transferred from your computer faster than before.

It comes in two versions: the YP-U1Z (1GB) - priced at US $85, and YP-U1X (512MB) - priced at US $120. More info is available from Samsung's website.
