Samsung announced a new avataar of the popular Yepp player. The Samsung Yepp K5 is a sliding MusicBox featuring an energy-efficient OLED display.

The K5 will be offered in two versions: K5ZB with 1GB of on-board memory and K5QB with 2GB. The K5ZB is priced at ₩195,000 (US $203) while the K5QB will be sold for ₩225,000 (US $235).

Samsung claims a 30-hour battery life. The Yepp K5 also includes an FM radio receiver, and offers a USB 2.0 interface to transfer files from your PC.
