samsung-x820.jpgSamsung has the title of the world's slimmest slider phone, Samsung D900 and now Samsung released another new Tri-band GSM mobile phone during the CommunicAsia 2006, the Ultra Edition 6.9, Samsung X820 with just the weight of 66 grams and has a depth of 6.9m making it the world's slimmest phone. Though slim in size it packs quite a punch features like 2 megapixel camera, speakerphone for conferencing, uSearch, video recording with supported file formats of MPEG4/H.263, MP3 with supported file formats of AAC/ACC+/AAC+ (e)/WMA and digital power amp. There is a high speed EDGE, Bluetooth and USB connectivity for easy transfer. You can view Pictures and videos on the big screen by connecting the X820 via TV-out to the TV or you can view them on the 1.9" 262k color TFT (176 x 220). It has 80 MB of onboard and lacks an expansion slot. No words on the pricing and the availability yet.
