Samsung VP-MS1X Digital Camera
More news from Samsung at the CeBIT 2006, held at Hannover, Germany. Samsung announced a digital camera today, the Samsung VP-MS1X Digital camera, a business card sized digital camera that provides users with portability and huge storage capacity. It is exclusively designed for customers who are in desperate need of a lightweight, compact, easy to use digital stills and video camera that could be carried anywhere, yet has a lagre storage capacity. The camera boasts of a sleeky look and the robust aluminium casing also helps its cause.
The most catchy thing about the phone is that users can take still take great pictures even if the memory card runs out of capacity. Thats a cool feature to boast of. It has a 5.25 mega pixel CCD and it is powered by a 3x optical zoom and 15x digital zoom. Users can easily record high quality MPEG4 movies (640x480, 30fps for NTSC, 25fps for PAL) and photos of 2592x1944 pixels on a 2.5†large LCD through a 5.25 mega pixel CCD. The device comes in three capacities of 64MB (SC/VP-MS10) / 128MB (SC/VP-MS11) / 512MB (SC/VP-MS15) built-in memory and ofcourse! you can add extra storage capacity through a mini SD card slot.
The most striking thing about the camera is, that it can be charged via USB connection to a PC, so the need of powercable and optional charger dosen't arise here. It also comes with an incorporation of PictBridge technology, through which printing images are made simple by directly connecting a USB cable to a PictBridge compatible printer. Alos take a look at the extended entry for full list of features and specifications of the product.
