The 3GSM is the place to be for gadgets and mobile freaks as every hour is filled with launches and announcements of new gadgets by the big guns. Samsung is making its present felt there too and has just unveiled not one or two but all of 13 mobile phones with path breaking and exciting technology. This new range includes handsets like the P900, M8000,i320, Z510, Z540, the D800 and D820, P300 and its new line of 3G phones: the Z520, Z330, Z350, Z310, and Z150.Samsung sure believes in quality as well as quantity!

All these phones will feature all the functions which are considered standard now but will also have functions which are just unique to it. Some of the specialized technologies on which the mobiles will be based include Terrestrial Digital Media Broadcasting (T-DMB), Satellite Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (S-DMB), and DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting-Handhelds). For example the SGH-P900 which will be ready for the world cup 2006 and will incorporate T-DMB. Then there is the M8000 which will be the first WiBro(Mobile WiMAX) handset.

Another exciting phone is the ultra-slim Smartphone with QWERTY keyboard ,the i320 which would run on Windows Mobile 5 and will have amazing multimedia capabilities. The Z510 and Z540 the new 3G slim phone will feature broadband download capabilities, Bluetooth and a MP camera cum camcorder. D800 and D820 are the new line GSM models while the P300 is known as the “card phone”. Then there is the Z710 with an all mighty 3MP camera and will have a line up of new 3G phones: the Z520, Z330, Z350, Z310, and Z150. All I can say is that Samsung is sure a force to reckon with in the mobile industry.
