Samsung SGH-t629 Cell Phone

Samsung has another offering for T-Mobile customers in the US. The new Samsung SGH-t629 comes in a slider design and is only 0.55" thin. Equipped with a 1.3 megapixel camera and 4X digital zoom, the t629 lets you record video clips. The phone also comes with a video player that supports MP4 and 3GP formats.

The camera on the t629 has the usual features: multishot, self-timer and effects and frames, so there's not much to write home about there. The display is nice, at 176x220 pixels resolution on a 262k color screen. Like the t619, this is a quad-band world phone.

Samsung has included a microSD memory card slot on this phone, so that's a big plus. The phone's also got an integrated MP3 player and USB connectivity. Bluetooth and IM clients for Yahoo!, AOL, ICQ and MSN round up the feature set.

Priced at us $149.99 (after discounts and rebates), the Samsung t629 cell phone is now available for T-Mobile customers.
