The FCC has leaked details of the new Samsung SPH-A960 cell phone. According to the details available, the SPH-A960 is a dual-band, 2 megapixel camera phone.

The phone also sports Bluetooth, speech-to-text conversion technology with voice commands, microSD slot for memory expansion and dual stereo speakers. The internal display is a 2" QVGA (320x240) 262k color LCD while the one on the outside is a 65k circular OLED (Organic LED). It is compatible with EVDO high-speed networks as well.
