Samsung unveiled the SGH-Z540, another slim 3G phone weighing just 95 grams. The phone is compatible with UMTS 2.1 GHz / GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) networks.

Like the SGH-Z510, the SGH-Z540 includes a 1.3 megapixel camera. An external 2.3" 240x320 262k color TFT screen is provided so you can enjoy streaming video and video messaging (MPEG4, H.263 and Real video formats are supported). The included audio player is capable of MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA and Real playback, which is really neat. Dual speakers add to your listening pleasure.

Internal available memory is fixed at 150MB with no room for expansion. Connectivity options include USB and Bluetooth.
