t719_duo3.jpgSamsung along with T-Mobile USA, today announced the availability of the SGH-t719, a slim clamshell with integrated BlackBerry Connect software. With the licensed BlackBerry Connect functionality and the hybrid Semi-QWERTY SureType keyboard, the t719 is a Blackberry inside and out.

The t719 is a Quad-Band GSM (850, 900, 1800, 1900) MHz phone with GPRS/EDGE capabilities. It is the first Samsung flip phone to offer e-mail powered by BlackBerry Connect software that enables consumers to enjoy the luxury of the proven BlackBerry push-based wireless e-mail and attachment viewing in conjunction with both BlackBerry Internet Service and BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Additional features supported by the same include wireless calendar synchronization, remote address lookup, and advanced security with Triple DES encryption.

On the multimedia front, the t719 has a lot to offer. It comes with a swivel-lens 1.3 megapixel camera with video capture and video player that supports MP4 and 3GP.
