For a change we have a phone from Samsung that is not a clamshell! Samsung unveils the upgrade of the P300, the all new SGH-P310 calculator phone. Seems that Samsung have mastered the art of slim phones. The P310 like its predecessor is still credit card size but the design has greatly improved and more attractive with refined gloss black / brushed stainless combo. The P310 is definitely an excellent addition to the already long list of to super-compact cellphone brigade.

Featuring an OLED 256k color TFT portrait display with 220 x 176 pixel, it boasts of a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus and video capture is also made possible. The phone has a micro SD card slot and the memory can be expanded upto 4GB. It houses a music player as well supporting AAC, WMA, MP3 playbacks and not to mention the bluetooth 2.0, A2DP (full stereo support). Perhaps the most striking thing is, despite housing all the above mentioned features, it still is incredibly slim. The phone has not been officially announced yet but we are expecting the company to do so soon.
