Samsung finally released its new SCH-B540 hybrid S-DMB mobile phone, with 2 megapixel camera, 16k color 2.15 inch QVGA TFT-LCD, dual speakers, external mp3 touch keypad, VOD/MOD service, and a TV-out option.

The 14.9 mm phone has a rotational display and camera with 3 second delay timer, file viewer, and is Bluetooth capable.

The new hybrid S-DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) technology allows for connectivity similar to XM Satellite’s; which works in outdoor and indoor urban environments.
