Samsung SC-D365 MiniDV Camcorder
Samsung launched a spate of MiniDV camcorders during the 2006 CES. Among them is the new Samsung SC-D365, another model in the MiniDV Compact line-up.
The SC-D365 camcorder, like the SC-D363 model, uses a 680k pixel CCD, but offers as much as 33x zoom, apart from a huge 1200x digital zoom. The preview LCD has been improved upon, and it is equipped with a wide 2.7" color LCD.
However, digital still image quality is still less, at 800x600 pixel resolution. The Samsung SC-D365 provides a 4-in-1 Multi Memory Card Slot - one that accommodates SD, MMC, Memory Stick and Memory Stick Pro media. I think this is a valuable addition to the MiniDV camcorder.
