gview_20061207_0_D103main.jpgJust in time for the Christmas, Samsung Electronics has launched a new digicam in the form of Samsung Digimax D103, a 10 megapixel camera that boasts of an impressive 30x total zoom (3x optical, 10x digital) and available in an attractive silver casing.

The D103, in addition to 10 MegaPixel CCD, comes equipped with an impressive large 2.5" LCD and also has an ISO range from 80 to 1000. Meaning you can shoot images even in very low light conditions and with it also allowing you to use faster shutter speeds. Like most digi cams, it also features a pictbridge technology that enables you to get printouts without the need of a PC.

The D103 includes special effect functions, including Colour Effect, Highlight, Photo Frame and Composite Shot. Other additional features include, Auto Macro & Macro 4cm and Mpeg-4 VGA (640 x 480) 30fps movie function and Convenient Mode dial. No word on the pricing and availability as yet.
