The BlackBerry 8700g from RIM has really been going places, and how! Starting this year with the UK invasion by 8700g, then we saw itlaunched in Malaysia as well.

And now, it's headed to Chile. Made available to Entel PCS customers, the 8700g has been re-engineered for speed. Chile is the first country in South America to welcome this BlackBerry. Taking advantage of Entel's high-speed EDGE network in Chile, the 8700g offers faster web browsing and attachment viewing.

Other features are on par with devices released world-wide, including 16MB SDRAM and 64 MB flash memory, and a QVGA (320x240 pixel) LCD screen at 65k colors.

Access BlackBerry's website for more details.
