PumpOne Mobile provides over 80 complete workouts, not just exercises. The workouts help to guide users towards their weight loss and strength and flexibility fitness goals. To access the service, users have one of three options:

  1. Go to PumpOne.mobi from a web-enabled mobile phone.
  2. Text PUMP to 94444.
  3. Enter a mobile phone number at pumpone.com and have PumpOne pushed to your mobile phone.

Once you've accessed the PumpOne site, you can choose between gym workouts or traveling workouts. Gym workouts utilize gym equipment, and the traveling workouts use things like body weight, luggage, hotel furniture, and water bottles for those who don't have access to a gym. Workouts are categorized into three fitness goals: weight loss, strength, and flexibility.

There are three flexible pricing plans to meet everyone's needs. For $2.99 you can get one workout which is accessible for 24 hours. For $4.99 you can access all 80 workouts for a period of 7 days, or you can choose a monthly subscription for $14.99 for complete access to all workouts for the entire month.
