ppodmp_lg.jpgNo, its not son/daughter of iPOD, but it is for sure an MP3 player that makes music on the go as easy as pie. P.Pod (strategically named) is a 3 inches long and 1 inch thick rubberised MP3 player that holds masses of songs in its 256MB of memory and is an absolute bargain at less than 27$.

This super compact DAP supports MP3 and WMA playback, and runs on a single AAA battery. The LCD display with a backlight function lets you know which track is playing and also features an in-built microphone for voice recording. The easy to use click button lets you alter EQ settings, volume, play/pause, display lyric and mode control. But one really wonders why it is named P.Pod, may be because of its small size, who knows. But what we certainly are sure is that it is likely to draw the ire of Apple for the use of the word "pod." But this is too small a thing to even bother something of the magnitude of iPOD.
