Play M Corp has launched the world's first MP3 player that supports IrDA file transfer. The iShareMP3 Mini can transfer at 16Mbps or about 10 seconds for a 4MB MP3. It also works as FM radio and voice recorder.

The device can play mp3, asp, and wma formats and runs on Li-polymer or AAA batteries. Two More Flash memory devices and a hard disk version are promised soon. No word on pricing and international availability.
