pantechpn-820-large.jpgIn the quest to get a piece of the US share market, Korean giant, Pantech is all set to launch its new and much awaited mid-level phone PN820 with cellular provider Verizon next month, as revealed today by online sources.

The PN820 combines high end functionality with stylish clamshell design and features a QVGA 240x320, 65k color TFT display. Despite coming loaded with a full Windows Mobile 5 OS, the phone gets a number pad instead of a keyboard. Also the users can make use of the pocket editions of common tools such as Microsoft Office and Windows Media Player. On the multimedia front it gets a 1.3 Mega Pixel camera, a MiniSD Card slot, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The phone is expected to launch with the US carrier on December 29th, but no word on the pricing as yet.
