NTT DoCoMo has announced their newest RAZR killer mobile phones, the FOMA M702iS which has almost the same design series with RAZR. The phone was developed by Motorola for the Japanese operator. It's a WCDMA phone which boasts a 2.2-inch internal QVGA TFT LCD display with resolutions of 240 x 320 and 1-inch external CSTN LCD (96 x 80). It has an integrated 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera and an additional 0.1 megapixel camera for video conferencing. On the connectivity side, it has Bluetooth 2.0 and mini USB for easy transfer. I’m not sure how much is the internal memory but there is a microSD slot for extra storage. It has a talk time of 115 minutes and video call time of 85 minutes. It weights 105 grams with the size of 102.3 x 53 x 14.9mm. No words on the availability and pricing yet.
