The Japanese operator, NTT DoCoMo has released another type of RAZR-design GSM mobile phone, FOMA M702iG which is bigger and heavier than the FOMA M702iS. It features a 2.2-inch internal QVGA TFT LCD with resolutions of 240 x 320 pixels and 1-inch external CSTN LCD (96 x 80). It also has an integrated 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera with an additional 0.1 megapixel camera for video conferencing. It uses mini USB for charging and file transfer with add-on Bluetooth connectivity and also microSD slot for extra storage. The high-end battery has a talk time of 150 minutes and video calling time of 85 minutes. It is only available in two types of colors: purple and white. It weight 125 grams with the size of 101 x 53 x 19.8. It has the exact design with Motorola V3x. No words on the availability and pricing yet.
